Course-specific terms.
Brasília, January 20, 2023
1. Introduction
These specific Terms of Use govern participation in and access to the online (distance-learning) Clinical Psychoanalysis course offered by Academia Enlevo through the Psicanalise.digital platform. These terms are an integral and inseparable part of the General Terms of Use of the AcademiaEnlevo.com.br website and must be interpreted together with them. By accepting these terms, the student also agrees to all the provisions set forth in the General Terms of Use.
2. Access to the Course
2.1. Access to the course is restricted to enrolled students who are current on their payments.
2.2. The course has a duration of 6 months, with full access to the syllabus content.
2.3. The period of access to the platform is 2 (two) years, provided that the student has paid the total price of the course in full. Should the student wish to extend access beyond this period, they must contact the school in advance, and proportional amounts may be charged.
2.4. Students in default, with overdue installments or who have interrupted their payments, will lose access to the course as described in the default clause.
2.5. Students who opt for installment rescheduling or who have not kept their payments punctual may only receive the certificate after full payment of the outstanding amounts.
3. Payments, Default and Cancellation
3.1. The course has a 9-month payment plan, even though the content is completed in 6 months. This means that the student undertakes to pay all contractual installments agreed at the time of enrollment, regardless of early completion of the course.
3.2. At the time of enrollment, the student chooses the payment method and may opt for:
- Upfront payment with a discount;
- Installments of up to 9x by bank slip (boleto bancário);
- Installments of up to 12x by credit card.
3.3. Regardless of the option chosen, the total price of the course will be divided into installments and must be paid in full, even if the student completes the course before the end of the installments.
3.4. A student in default for more than 15 (fifteen) days will have their access to the platform and to the course interrupted and will be removed from WhatsApp groups, forums and any other communication platforms related to the course until their payment situation is regularized.
3.5. Delays of more than 30 (thirty) days constitute withdrawal from the course, resulting in the loss of access to the platform and to any associated benefits, with no right to a refund of the amounts paid.
3.6. Non-payment of the remaining installments after completion of the course does not release the student from the contractual obligation entered into at the time of enrollment. Academia Enlevo may resort to collection measures, including protest and negative credit listing of the CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registration number) of the defaulting student.
Cancellation Policy
The student may request cancellation of the course within up to 60 days from enrollment.
In the event of cancellation within 30 days, a proportional amount of 1/6 of the total course price will be charged.
Proportional amount = Total course price ÷ 6For a course of R$ 1.000,00 → (1000 ÷ 6) = R$ 166,67In the event of cancellation within 60 days, a proportional amount of 2/6 of the total course price will be charged.
Proportional amount = (Total course price ÷ 6) × 2For a course of R$ 1.000,00 → ((1000 ÷ 6) × 2) = R$ 333,33In addition to the proportional amount, a contractual penalty of 50% of the remaining balance will be applied:
Penalty = (Total course price – Amount already paid) × 50%Course of R$ 1.000,00 with R$ 200,00 already paid → Remaining balance = 1000 – 200 = R$ 800,00 → Penalty = 800 × 50% = R$ 400,00Cancellation requests must be made in writing, sent to academiaenlevo@gmail.com, and will be processed within a period of 30 business days.
After 60 days from enrollment, it will no longer be possible to cancel the course, and payment of the remaining installments will be mandatory in accordance with the contract entered into.
Course Suspension
The student may request a temporary suspension of the course for a period of 6 months to 1 year, upon a formal request and justification sent to Academia Enlevo.
The suspension does not release the student from the responsibility to continue with the contractual payments, and all course installments must be paid within the period established at the time of enrollment.
During the suspension period, the student will temporarily lose access to the platform and to the course benefits, which will be restored at the end of the suspension period.
4. Issuance of Certificates
4.1. The Certificate of Completion will be issued only to students who are fully current on all contractual installments of the course.
4.2. Students in default at the time of completion or after the end of the access period may not receive the certificate until their financial situation is regularized.
4.3. Students who have rescheduled installments, renegotiated debts or been late with payments during the course may only receive the certificate after full payment of the outstanding amounts.
4.4. The student must pass a final assessment consisting of 40 to 60 questions, obtaining a score equal to or higher than 70%.
4.5. In addition to the final assessment, the student must submit a scientific article according to the template made available on the platform, which will be assessed and must obtain a score equal to or higher than 70% for approval.
4.6. The student must not have violated the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct described in Item 6 of these terms. Non-compliance with any ethical rule may result in the withholding of the certificate and, in serious cases, in exclusion from the course with no right to a refund.
