General terms of use.
Effective: January 2023 For the online (distance-learning) Clinical Psychoanalysis course, the Course-Specific Terms of Use also apply, which form part of and supplement these general terms.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern the use of the websites, platforms, products and services offered by Academia Enlevo, including all online (distance-learning) courses, such as the Clinical Psychoanalysis course, offered through the domains academiaenlevo.com.br, psicanalise.digital, enlevo.online and their subdomains. By using our services, you agree to these terms and to the specific terms of the courses you may purchase.
These terms are complementary to the Specific Terms of Use of each course. In the case of the online (distance-learning) Clinical Psychoanalysis course, the document “Specific Terms of Use for the Online (Distance-Learning) Clinical Psychoanalysis Course of Academia Enlevo” also applies and must be interpreted together with this one.
2. Eligibility and User Account
2.1. The services of Academia Enlevo are intended for persons over 18 years of age. Minor students (over 16 years of age) may enroll upon formal authorization from their legal guardians.
2.2. The student is responsible for keeping their access credentials secure and for all activities carried out in their account.
3. Access to the Courses
3.1. Access to course content is conditional upon the student's enrollment and the student being current on payments. Students in default for more than 15 days will have their access temporarily suspended until their payments are brought up to date. After 30 days of default, the student may be removed from the platform and other communication channels and will be deemed to have withdrawn, with no right to a refund.
3.2. The period of access to the platform will be informed at the time of enrollment. In the case of the online (distance-learning) Clinical Psychoanalysis course, the access period is 2 years, counted from enrollment and subject to full payment of the course.
3.3. The student may request a temporary suspension of the course, for between 6 months and 1 year, upon written justification. The suspension does not interrupt the payment schedule.
4. Payments, Cancellations and Penalties
4.1. The student undertakes to pay all installments of the course in accordance with the payment method chosen at the time of enrollment. Completing the course before the end of the payments does not release the student from the contractual obligation.
4.2. The minimum installment for any of the courses offered by Academia Enlevo is R$ 249,00 (two hundred and forty-nine Brazilian reais). If, due to a failure in order processing, payment of a lower amount is permitted, Academia Enlevo reserves the right to cancel the enrollment and refund the amount paid.
4.3. Cancellation within up to 60 days after enrollment applies exclusively to courses in the Professional Training (Formação Profissional) category. In these cases, a proportional charge and a penalty will be applied according to the formula described in the Course-Specific Terms. For all other courses, only the periods and conditions provided for in the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code) apply.
4.4. After 60 days from enrollment, courses in the Professional Training category may no longer be cancelled. The student must complete the remaining payments even if they choose not to continue their studies. For all other courses, the periods and conditions established by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor apply.
5. Certification
5.1. Course certificates will be issued only to students who are current on their payments and who meet the requirements of assessment, submission of assignments and compliance with the code of ethics.
5.2. In courses such as Clinical Psychoanalysis, passing a final exam with a score of 70% and submitting a scientific article are mandatory.
6. Code of Ethics and Conduct
6.1. The student undertakes to follow the ethical guidelines established by Academia Enlevo and, where applicable, by the Registro Nacional de Terapeutas e Psicanalistas (National Registry of Therapists and Psychoanalysts) (RNTP), as available at https://rntp.com.br/etica.
6.2. The following is prohibited:
- Disclosing exclusive platform content without authorization;
- Sharing links to live classes or restricted events;
- Using the name of Academia Enlevo fraudulently or defamatorily;
- Offering clinical care without the proper training and supervision.

7.3. Misuse of accounts and sharing of access may result in suspension or cancellation of the course.
8. Benefits, Bonuses and Gifts
8.1. Promotional benefits, bonuses, extra courses and gifts are conditional upon the student being current on payments. Default for more than 30 days entails the loss of these benefits, with no obligation to restore them even after the situation is regularized.

9.1. These terms are governed by Brazilian law, including:
- Código de Defesa do Consumidor (Lei nº 8.078/1990);
