Transparency: how we handle questions, complaints and cancellations
Academia Enlevo publishes its enrollment pause and cancellation rules and supports students through direct channels. Any student can pause their enrollment for up to 12 months with no charges. On Reclame Aqui, the two profiles bearing Enlevo’s name had no complaints registered between April and September 2026.

Is Academia Enlevo trustworthy?
Enlevo has existed since 2017 and has already trained over 5,000 students. See the student reviews, the official facts and the Reclame Aqui profile.
Can I cancel my enrollment?
Yes. The rules are in the terms of use: in the Clinical Psychoanalysis training, cancellation can be requested within 60 days of enrollment, with a prorated charge; for the other courses, the deadlines of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code apply.
I was charged during my enrollment pause. What should I do?
This should not happen: charges are suspended. Contact student support to have it corrected.
